Important: This system is designed for use with a custom-fitted dental tray (not included). If you don’t have one, please consult your dentist before use.
How to use:

Prepare your tray - Make sure it’s clean and dry.

Apply gel - Use 0.5ml per tray side (a small drop per tooth impression).

Insert tray - Gently place it over your teeth, removing any excess gel from gums.

Wear for 30–60 minutes - Or as directed by your dentist.

Rinse & repeat - Clean the tray and use once daily for up to 14 days.
